A quick reflection of values and beliefs

As a teacher the fine arts and exposing all students to the art culture.  I value creativity and allowing students to explore ideas for themselves.  I value critical thinking and allowing students to think on their own.  I believe as a teacher it is my responsibility to create an environment that is conducive to learning. I value the love of learning.  As a teacher it is my belief that to be a successful teacher I will instill a love of learning within my students.  I value differences and different cultures as well as ways of doing things.  I believe it is my job as a teacher to enable my students to explore different cultures and processes.  I believe as a teacher it is my responsibility to encourage and endorse students work when they do explore different cultures and processes.  I believe teachers have the ability to build up or bring students down.  As a teacher I value all students from all cultural and economic backgrounds.  I believe all students have the ability to learn and succeed.  I believe it is my responsibility as a teacher to provide the opportunity for learning and help students succeed.
